We are committed to resolving member concerns fairly and promptly. Please follow the steps below to raise a grievance.
Step 1 — Contact your branch
Most issues are resolved fastest at the branch level. Visit, call, or WhatsApp your nearest branch.
Step 2 — Write to grievance officer
If unresolved, email us at care@yannaikalvmchits.com with your name, contact number, chit group ID (if applicable), and a description of the issue.
Step 3 — Escalation
If you do not receive a satisfactory response within 15 working days, you may escalate to senior management through the same email with the subject line "Escalation".
Regulatory recourse
Members retain the right to approach the appropriate regulator as per the prevailing chit fund regulations in Tamil Nadu.
